A US-based company is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team 100% remotely from Argentina. The role focuses on day-to-day technical support for internal users, including VIP / Executive-level stakeholders. Fluent English is mandatory (daily communication with US-based teams).
Requisitos
- Experience with Windows troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience using ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
- Previous exposure to VIP / Executive Support
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
- Advanced / fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to have
- iOS troubleshooting
- Experience creating or improving documentation and processes
- Basic knowledge or experience with Active Directory
