We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation Specialist) with strong knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem.
This role will be the first point of contact for leading protocols, dApps, infrastructure projects, and AI-driven crypto ventures. The SDR will identify high-potential prospects, qualify opportunities, and collaborate closely with the Business Development team to support strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3 and AI-related projects.

Perform outbound prospecting through email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X/Twitter.

Use automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make.com) to streamline workflows.
Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development

Conduct discovery conversations to assess needs and qualify interest.

Maintain consistent touchpoints to move leads through the pipeline.

Create Telegram groups to support pre-sales engagement.
CRM Management & Reporting

Document all outreach activities, notes, tasks, and updates in the CRM.

Provide weekly reports on pipeline metrics, performance insights, and market opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with BD and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and lead scoring.

Support targeted ABM/ABS initiatives and coordinated campaigns.
Market Research

Stay informed on Web3, AI, and emerging tech trends.

Track competitive landscape and identify strategic opportunities.

Monitor new AI automation and sales enablement tools to improve outreach effect
Requisitos
-
2+ years of experience as SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role in Web3, blockchain, crypto, or AI companies.

Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem (DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2 chains).

Proficiency with CRM platforms and outreach/automation tools.

Proven success in high-ticket cold outreach and qualifying enterprise-level leads.
